Noise Reduction and Insulation

Mobile and stationary control or command centers can include sound attenuation for noise reduction, insulated walls, floors, and ceilings with climate controls for heating and cooling.

Doors and Panels

Single or double doors are provided for areas requiring frequent access. Removable panels are used for small areas or those areas requiring infrequent accessibility.  We offer many different choices when it comes to latches, locks, handles, hinges, and drawer slides.

Fixed or motorized louvers are available to provide airflow for equipment requiring air for combustion or cooling.  In locations where noise is a problem, we provide many different sound attenuating materials and baffles for noise reduction.

 Materials,  Construction, Finishes, and Assembly

Available material choices are carbon steel, galvanized, galvanneel, 304 or 316 stainless steel, or 5052 or 6061 aluminum.  The choice is largely dependent on the environment the equipment will be used in. The material thickness will be dependent on the enclosure or cabinet size and the equipment or components it will need to support. Large enclosures or rooms may require structural framing, subframes, and skids.

Finishes include powder coat or wet spray painted.  Aluminum and Stainless Steel enclosures, cabinets, and consoles can be unfinished, powder coated, or wet spray painted. Finish options are dependent on the operating environment and the customers' appearance preferences.

Assembly of small enclosures, control stands, and enclosures is typically welded. Large enclosures, command centers, control rooms include welding and bolting.

Enclosure Shipping Options

Large enclosures can be shipped completely assembled and lifted into position with a crane or bolted together at the job site.
