CNC Machining Services

Our CNC Machining centers offer an effective method for producing precision machine components, weldments, casting and forgings of various sizes and complexities. Andersen Industries is equipped with the latest in 3 & 4 axis CNC machining centers and 2 & 5 axis CNC lathes all within our 110,00 square foot machining facility. Components can be manufactured to your exact specifications. Our skilled craftsmen can create components up to 150" long & weights up to 4,800 lbs. and can form tolerances within .001 of an inch.

Inland Empire Powder Coating Services

We offer powder coating and wet spray services on parts as large as 60 feet. Powder coating is performed before assembly to help ensure coverage in hidden component or assembly areas. We prep all metal parts with an iron phosphate chemical etch, rinse and sealer. This provides a tight bond on components for improved quality and performance. We have experience providing powder coating and wet spray painting services across multiple industries.
