Our CNC Machining centers offer an effective method for producing precision machine components, weldments, casting and forgings of various sizes and complexities. Andersen Industries is equipped with the latest in 3 & 4 axis CNC machining centers and 2 & 5 axis CNC lathes all within our 110,00 square foot machining facility. Components can be manufactured to your exact specifications. Our skilled craftsmen can create components up to 150" long & weights up to 4,800 lbs. and can form tolerances within .001 of an inch.

We prep all metal parts with an iron phosphate chemical etch, rinse and sealer. This provides a tight bond on components for improved quality and performance.
